The Manager, Engineering & DevOps role focuses on designing, building, and managing scalable CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure software 
delivery.

Involves collaborating with engineering teams to automate testing, builds, and deployments, while implementing tools for continuous delivery, version control, and release management.

Responsibilities include monitoring and improving pipeline performance, managing infrastructure-as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, ensuring environment consistency, and aligning with security and compliance standards.

The role also includes training development teams on CI/CD practices and leading incident response for build and deployment issue.

• Professional years of experience in DevOps or software engineering roles, with a focus on CI/CD.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, infrastructure automation, and release management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience in managing source code repositories and branching strategies (e.g., Git workflows).
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, able to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams.
